REGISTRATION AND FEES

Please complete the enclosed registration form.  Submit it along with the appropriate fee to reach the office of the TPRC by August 18, 2000. TPRC also accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can register online, or you can print the online form and mail it to:

    Please note that the full fee for registration, meals and lodging will be paid to TPRC. The hotel will require a credit card imprint or deposit for incidental room charges when you arrive at the hotel.

    Full Overnight accommodations include dinner Saturday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Sunday, and breakfast and lunch on Monday.  Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check-out by 11:00am.

    Day guest fees include lunch and coffee breaks.

    Dinner tickets may be purchased for Saturday night and Sunday night for $40.00 per person each night.

    TPRC Proceedings from 1999 will be available for $35.00 each.

    Copies of Papers for 28thTPRC are $100 before August 18th; $140 at the Conference.


HILTON INFORMATION

    Incoming messages will be placed on a designated message board.  Please check this board periodically to see if you have any messages.  Should you receive an emergency phone call, we will try to locate you. Hilton Phone Number is 703-845-1010

    Dress Code:  TPRC is held in a relaxed atmosphere. Casual clothing is appropriate.

    Hilton offers a health club and indoor/outdoor swimming. Racquetball and tennis courts are also available, as are walking/jogging trails in the adjacent Winkler Nature Park.

TRANSPORTATION

    The Hilton provides complimentary transportation between the hotel and Reagan National Airport, the Pentagon Metro and the Pentagon City Mall Metro during the hours of 6 am to 11 pm.  For pick-up please call 703-845-1010.
     

DISCOUNT AIRFARE

    The official airline for the 2000 TPRC is United Airlines.  They will provide a discount to their regular fares for TPRC attendees. DIRECTIONS

    From Reagan National Airport or Downtown Washington, DC By Car: Take I-395 South towards Richmond. Follow for seven miles. Exit at #4 Seminary Road West. Continue One Block. At the light make a left and the Radisson is located on the left. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for $4.00 per day.

    From Dulles Airport: The Washington Flyer is available to shuttle you to Reagan National Airport where you can call for the complimentary shuttle to the Hilton. If you wish to drive, take Dulles Access Road to I-495 South towards Richmond. Take I-395 North towards Washington, DC - Exit Left. Stay on I-395 North - Exit #4 Seminary Road West. Continue one Block. Make a left at the light. The Radisson is located on the left. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for $4.00 per day.

    From Baltimore: Take I-95 South to Virginia for approximately thirty miles. Take Exit I-395 North towards Washington, DC. Exit #4 Seminary Road West. Continue one block. Make a left at the light. The Radisson is located on the left. Parking is available at the back of the hotel for $4.00 per day.
     

CHILD CARE INFORMATION

    If you may have the need for childcare while at the 28th TPRC please contact Dawn at TPRC@ei.com.  She will take requests and if there is enough of a demand TPRC will try to arrange for a childcare program during the 2000 conference.
